We provide suitcases to children entering the foster system.

Love on Wheels has been providing suitcases on wheels including basic necessities and comfort items since 2014. 

Included in each suitcase is a care bag filled with brand new basic life necessities such as toiletries, school supplies, and toys. Suitcases are available for children all ages and genders.

We started out as a ministry of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Franklin, TN and have grown to become a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization.  We have provided suitcases, "Care Bags", blankets and "Love Notes" to thousands of children throughout Tennessee.  We are growing to serve foster children throughout Tennessee with an eye on growing our mission nationwide. 

Love on Wheels also focuses on inspiring a dialogue with people in every community about our current foster care system in an effort to better serve these children in need.  We hope you will join us in our mission to provide love to these children during this emotionally challenging and frightening change in their lives. 

All of the items donated to Love on Wheels are stored at our facility, located behind Little House Animal Hospital. The items are organized based on age and gender, which helps us more-efficiently assemble the care bags.

We are staffed to accept physical donations (please see our Wish List).  Please call 615-791-9148 to schedule a time to bring any (new, never used) items. We would love to add the items to the care bags and give you a tour of our beautiful facility!
